When will I receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

*For 5-Day Collection items, please allow approximately 10 days for fulfillment, after which orders will be shipped.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

*At this time, we are only able to offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.*

I received a wrong/damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize if the item you ordered arrived damaged or if you received the incorrect product. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@soyouwouldknow.org as soon as possible with photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to guarantee an exchange for a different size/color. However, please reach out to us at info@soyouwouldknow.org and we will work with you to see what we can offer!
